Rebranding Pocketworks,
Let’s do this.

Pocketworks helps UK businesses develop mobile apps with a focus on CX, UX and business outcomes. A business that leads by example, Pocketworks approached me to deliver a rebrand that would both communicate their human approach, and epitomise its culture.

Location: Leeds, UK
Client: Pocketworks
Year: 2019

“The new branding felt right to everyone and made us proud. The results are awesome, finally people can get to know us better before they meet us. Our online and social presence both communicate who we are in spades.”

Tobin Harris
Managing Director @ Pocketworks

The Brand
Pocketworks is a business made up of many individual voices, with a democratic culture that means each is given equal weight and attention. Our challenge was to define a brand that brought them all together to create a collective voice: one that reflected each individual whilst evoking the true essence of the business. Our work began with the people. We held conversations with every Pocketeer as we set out to understand each of their tastes, points of view and visions beyond the work to create a full company rebrand that was designed by the people.

The Challenge
Our challenge was to restyle the existing brand into
an accessible, adaptable and innovative leader on the Italian astronomic scene. A distinguished partner capable of collaborating with the main italian universities and communities, and an ambitious hub recognisable across the country (and beyond).

Solution
Designed to reflect Astrospace’s forward-thinking attitude, the new logo points upwards, while planting its feet firmly on the ground. The sharper inner arrow provides that solid direction, while soft, rounded curves make our most distinctive asset friendlier, more accessible.
